You should include a copy of the organization chart of the company including key personnel. There should be:
a job description of each position
the start date of each position (some positions may not be filled until a certain event takes place)
brief resume of key personnel stating why they are the best people for those positions
salary and total compensation of management including profit sharing, stock options issued etc.
