Business plans, discussing key personnel

October 26th, 2008

The organization chart should identify the positions of all key people with a summary of the number and types of positions reporting to they key personnel. If you have determined who the key personnel will be, then you should provide a brief summary of their background, their responsibilities, their duties with particular emphasis on their existing skill set and why they are the best people for the position.
If you have to hire people, how will you find them and do you need to train them for the position?
